I honestly don't know if the static sound (activated with two body contacts) is classified as "white" or "pink" noise, but i really like the sound of it! a plethora of crunchy, crispy, noisy snippets to transform into a drum kit or something like that!.

Dead air from the fm dial at 107. 3, volume boosted.

Recording of the 560 kilohertz frequency of the am radio band. Has a high-pitched singing whine in it.

Buzzy patch of static from the am band of the radio dial. Slight flipping of the dial through the area adjusts the sound.

In an attempt to add warmth to my productions, i sampled some of the more distinctive sounds mostly from the lead-ins and lead-outs from dirty/scratched records. If shortened, they make for interesting _analog_ glitch noises.

Dead air static with a "singing" hum at 103. 3 on the fm radio dial, with the volume boosted and slight effect added.

Static with a sort of jackhammer pace at 107. 9 on the fm side of the radio dial. Recorded from a digital tuner, with a quick flip to 87. 5 fm then back to the 107. 9 static. Definitely qualifies as noise.

Static from 750 khz on the am radio band, with a faint traffic report in the jumble.

Tried to emulate sound of a large motor starting. This sound is actually from an air raid siren. Reminds me of some transit bus but also sounds like some electric motor.

Electric kettle boiling water.

A short clip of of a screaming electric guitar lick i made on my 1982 gibson les paul custom with marshall amp. It was recorded on a multi track music program, i then added chorus effect, the microphone was hooked directly to the desktop computer with reverb from a 50 watt marshall amp. This lick was played by me on my guitar.
